How does the collaboration start?
Sparring partner or classic consulting?
I primarily see myself as a sparring partner: you can discuss ideas with me, reflect on strategies, and receive guidance on monetization or digital business models — straightforward and practical. If desired, I can also take on classic consulting mandates on a daily-rate basis, working exclusively for your company.
Use of partners and networks?
For certain issues, it can be useful to involve specialized solutions. A network of selected service providers is available for this, with whom solid experience already exists. Recommendations are made transparently and are based on practical testing.
Support with implementation?
